The Program


At the start of the program, we offer an orientation where youth will meet one-on-one with an intake specialist and mentor, as well as get to know the nutritionist, and coaches. Participants will receive evaluations from all specialists.

Within the first week of the TigerZone Athletic Program, youth will receive specific workouts and diet modifications based on evaluation. The following weeks consists of checks with our nutritionists and coaches to track the progress of our participants.

At week six we have the final check in with nutritionist, coaches, and mentor to discuss with the participant the choices and habits the need to continue living healthy.

Childhood obesity has more than tripled in the last 30 years, affecting approximately 53% of children in the United States. Without proper Guidance and encouragement, about 82% of those children will carry that weight into adulthood. TigerZone Athletics wants to reduce these statistics and encourage youth to develop positive habits.

No two children have exactly the same skills or learning style. That’s why we create an individual workout plan for every child. Your plan will combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one training in a way that works for your child.
